1. A photo of your fireplace and the room itself at an angle where I can view most of it. Or a video tour of your inside of the house and include the fireplace in it.
2. Size of the room , width and length in feet or meters.
3. A front and rear view photo of the house to see access to the chimney for chimney lining purposes and work that needs to be done.
