I called Chimney Tech as I was having a problem with stove door that wouldn't seal close properly. They got back to me within 5mins and I forwarded them a video of stove. Again they replied within minutes to say the problem was with the positioning of the ratchet on the door.. it was upside down..I fixed the problem within minutes after the advice.
