I called Chimney Tech as I was having a problem with stove door that wouldn't seal close properly. They got back to me within 5mins and I forwarded them a video of stove. Again they replied within minutes to say the problem was with the positioning of the ratchet on the door.. it was upside down..I fixed the problem within minutes after the advice. What a great service and, in this case, all given freely.I will definitely deal with this company again, what a great service

Recently got my stove fitted by Leo, I couldn't recommend anyone better. The high standard and commitment to the job which Leo performed was truly amazing. Leo recently installed a stove for us, which involved replacing an existing electric fire and creating a new cavity in the false chimney that was there. He did an excellent job and was always courteous and quick to respond if we had questions. We couldn't be happier with the new stove, highly recommend
